Liners for house connection & building pipes
Special Project Liners for Main Sewers
MtH Liner
Made of polyester needle fleece with an extremely flexible PP-coating.
The MtH Liner is multidimensional, it features two flaps at the end so that multiple main pipe diameter can be rehabilitated, e.g. DN 100 / 300 (4" - 12") and DN 350 / 600 (13" - 24").
Lateral connection angle: 45° or 90° (application range: 30° to 90°)
Lateral Connection diameter: DN 100 - DN 200 (4"-8")
Lateral lengths: from 1 m up to 30 m (3.25 - 98.5 ft)
Calibration tubes
The supporting calibration hose is used as an inversion aid. When rehabilitating vertical pipes, the calibration hose serves to prevent unwanted longitudinal expansion due to the hose liner's own weight. To maintain this supporting function and a minimum of stability before and during the curing phase, the calibration hose must withstand certain pressure and heat conditions.
Preliner
The Preliner is a thin but resistant protective PE film tube (approx. 200 μm). It is pulled or inverted into the host pipe prior to liner installation to form a barrier between the pipe wall and the liner to prevents the resin from coming into direct contact with the host pipe, or to prevent damage to the liner during the inversion process.
For groundwater infiltration, the installation of a pre-liner is usually essential.
- Always use a pre liner in groundwater-saturated zones, where infiltration is present (groundwater infiltration)
- For rehabilitation of displaced joints where water accumulations before liner installation cannot be avoided
- Absolutely necessary if using the rapid ambient curing epoxy resin systems Trelleborg Epoxy FC15 or FC30
