Flexi-Guard® - Chute Lining Systems

The simple to install system uses self energised rubber to keep wet sticky materials travelling through chutes and simplifies the replacement of worn panels during maintenance. Fitted into fixed steel hangers with the assistance of a mild soap solution and a rubber mallet, the Flexi-Guard® rubber fingers slot easily into the steel hangers. This makes the system easy to install, and its removal technique makes replacement fast and easy; simply pull on one corner of the FLS panel and the panel fingers will come free from the steel hanger. Flexi-Guard® is available in a fully moulded rubber configuration or as a rubber composite with the wear and vibration finger faced with ceramic to cope with highly abrasive ores and to extend the service life. The steel hangers are available in zinc plate, galvanized or stainless steel.
