Trelleborg Epoxy Resin Systems for Advanced Pipe Rehabilitation
Resin systems for a holistic approach to "no-dig" renovation of pipes
Trelleborg’s epoxy resin systems are engineered to enable reliable, long-lasting pipe rehabilitation in critical infrastructure networks. Designed for trenchless technologies such as cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), these high-performance polymers restore structural integrity, enhance hydraulic performance, and extend asset life without disruptive excavation.
Combining controlled curing behavior, superior adhesion, and outstanding resistance to chemicals and corrosion, Trelleborg resin systems deliver consistent results across wastewater, stormwater, and industrial applications. Backed by deep polymer engineering expertise, our solutions are tailored to meet the evolving demands of municipalities, contractors, and infrastructure owners—ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable network rehabilitation.
2-component Epoxy Resin System
Our 2-component, solvent-free, unfilled and pigmented epoxy resin-based reactive resin systems cover a wide range of applications. This provides the user with the optimum reactive resin system with the right pot life for a wide range of construction site conditions and temperatures.
The resins in the EasyPox range impress with their good workability, good impregnation behaviour and the resulting good mechanical properties. Optimized for use in sewer rehabilitation, the product has good chemical resistance and is therefore resistant to all standard household waste water. All product variants are low-viscosity and capillary-active, which makes impregnation of the pipe liner even easier.
Leveraging Trelleborg’s one-stop shop to combine quality with speed
Mount Fuji is one of Japan’s most popular tourist destinations.
In the nearby resort town of Izuyama, the cast iron sewage pipeline system was in desperate need of repair.
The local contractor, Tokyo Tornado, was allotted 10 hours for the repairs to minimize inconvenience to residents.
