Trelleborg Epoxy FC15/FC30

15 and 30 minutes, respectively - Ambient curing (20 °C):
2 and 4 hours, respectively
Perfect for short rehabilitation distances and smaller pipe diameters. Well suited for lateral connection repairs with the Trelleborg LCR-B Liner method. No curing equipment necessary.
Steam curing
Trelleborg Epoxy HC120
- Pot life: (25°C):
120 minutes - Curing time with hot water or steam:
90 and 45 minutes, respectively
Highly recommended for longer rehabilitation lengths and larger pipe diameters up to DN 600
Hot curing
Trelleborg Epoxy HC60

60 minutes - Curing time with hot water or steam:
60 and 30 minutes, respectively
Recommendable for short rehabilitation lengths and pipe diameters up to DN 400
2-component Epoxy Resin System
Our 2-component, solvent-free, unfilled and pigmented epoxy resin-based reactive resin systems cover a wide range of applications. This provides the user with the optimum reactive resin system with the right pot life for a wide range of construction site conditions and temperatures.
The resins in the EasyPox range impress with their good workability, good impregnation behaviour and the resulting good mechanical properties. Optimized for use in sewer rehabilitation, the product has good chemical resistance and is therefore resistant to all standard household waste water. All product variants are low-viscosity and capillary-active, which makes impregnation of the pipe liner even easier.
