Sistemas de resina para un enfoque global de renovación de las tuberías y conexiones a edificios "sin zanja"
Especialmente adaptadas a los sistemas de rehabilitación “sin zanja”: Trelleborg Lining y Trelleborg MtH.
Para la reparación de las redes de saneamiento subterráneas principals y domésticas, bajantes de los edificios así como, conexiones laterales o acometidas.
Ofrece amplios tiempos de manipulación y cortos de curado. Utilizadas en combinación combinación con los revestimientos Trelleborg, obtendrá un resultado perfecto.
Curado rápido y a temperatura ambiente
Trelleborg Epoxy FC15/FC30
- Tiempo de manipulación (25 °C): 15 y 30 minutos, respectivamente
- Tiempo de curado a temperatura ambiente (20°C): 2 y 4 horas, respectivamente
Ideal para distancias de rehabilitación cortas y diámetros de tuberías pequeños. Idoneo para reparaciones de conexiones laterales con el sistema de revestimiento Trelleborg LCR-B Liner. No se necesita equipo de curado.
Curado por vapor
Trelleborg Epoxy HC120
- Tiempo de manipulación (25°C): 120 minutos
- Tiempo de curado por vapor: 90 y 45 minutos, respectivamente
Se recomienda para longitudes de rehabilitación más largas y diámetros de tuberías más grandes de hasta DN 600.
Curado con calor
Trelleborg Epoxy HC60
- Tiempo de manipulación (25°C): 60 minutos
- Tiemo de curado con agua caliente o vapor: 60 y 30 minutos, respectivamente
Se recomienda su uso en longitudes cortas de rehabilitación y en diámetros de tuberías de hasta DN 400.
2-component Epoxy Resin System
Our 2-component, solvent-free, unfilled and pigmented epoxy resin-based reactive resin systems cover a wide range of applications. This provides the user with the optimum reactive resin system with the right pot life for a wide range of construction site conditions and temperatures.
The resins in the EasyPox range impress with their good workability, good impregnation behaviour and the resulting good mechanical properties. Optimized for use in sewer rehabilitation, the product has good chemical resistance and is therefore resistant to all standard household waste water. All product variants are low-viscosity and capillary-active, which makes impregnation of the pipe liner even easier.
