Composite hoses
Ship to Shore operations requires only the best composite hoses. These operations are a combination of maritime environmental conditions as well as the rough handling conditions typically found at terminals. These hoses are in accordance with EN 13765 / EN 13766 (ISO 27126 / 27127) and international terminal guidelines such as ISGOTT. This document has become the standard reference work on the safe operation of tankers and the terminals they serve.
Composite hoses are also part of the Pressure Equipment Directive guidelines (PED2014/68/EU), therefore Gutteling Composite Hoses are certified by DNV according to this latest revised guideline up to category 3 for dangerous goods. Class organizations like DNV, Bureau Veritas and Lloyd’s Register ensure with type examination of products that these standards are adhered to.
