What has been your career path with Trelleborg, and how has the company enabled you to get to where you are?
My journey at Trelleborg began over 13 years ago as a Marketing Coordinator. Throughout the years, my experience here has been both enriching and rewarding, allowing me to progress to roles such as Marketing Executive and eventually Marketing Manager, all while collaborating with a diverse and global team. A key factor in my advancement has been the unwavering support and trust from my manager, who has provided numerous opportunities for me to engage in and lead various projects.
