What has been the most rewarding part of your career with Trelleborg so far?
The most rewarding part of my career with Trelleborg has been driving positive change. I've taken great pride in introducing modern equipment that keeps our people safer and lifts both our product quality and productivity. Just as meaningful has been watching my team members and colleagues grow. Helping others develop their skills and reach their potential is something I thoroughly enjoy.
From your perspective, what makes the culture at Trelleborg special?
The culture here is truly special, and I noticed it the moment I joined. There's a strong current of continuous improvement, ingenuity, responsibility and technical knowledge that shapes how we collaborate and perform across functions.
Colleagues trust and respect one another. We make room for open dialogue, healthy debate and collaboration. No matter our differences of opinion, we will show up to help a coworker move something on a weekend if they need a hand. Second, it has helped me build strong professional relationships rooted in trust and respect, the cornerstones of a true team. Finally, it has allowed me to learn from colleagues with different strengths and support those who need assistance.
Describe a time you felt truly inspired by your colleagues or the work we do here.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Northborough facility was working to qualify a strategic customer's new molds. It was a large project with complex challenges. One colleague showed real commitment and tenacity to meet the customer's needs and put Trelleborg's best foot forward. It was an inspiring display of full dedication to both customer success and Trelleborg's success, all while keeping our quality, safety and operational goals firmly in focus.
