What has been the most rewarding part of your career with Trelleborg so far?
The most rewarding part of my career involves growing alongside the company and seeing how our projects make a real difference. We create solutions that benefit people in their daily lives. It feels incredibly fulfilling to collaborate with my team and turn complex challenges into shared achievements.

How has your role at Trelleborg changed or developed over time?
I began my career as an engineer, advanced to a manager position and currently lead operations as the Production Area Director. This progression highlights the incredible opportunities Trelleborg provides for personal growth and professional development.

Can you share a specific project at Trelleborg that made you feel proud of your work?
Working on the Fehmarnbelt Tunnel makes me incredibly proud. This major immersed tunnel connects Denmark and Germany. Spanning 18 kilometers, it holds the record as the world’s longest immersed tunnel. Trelleborg supplies the essential rubber seals that make this massive infrastructure project possible. Our work will shorten travel time across the Fehmarnbelt Strait from 45 minutes by ferry to just 10 minutes by car or seven minutes by train.

From your perspective, what makes the culture at Trelleborg special?
Our strategy focuses on securing a leading position in selected markets. This approach grants us early market insights that drive our strong capabilities in innovation. We also benefit from global, diverse and decentralized leadership. This structure points every region in the same direction while empowering us to respond quickly at the local level.
