What has been your career path with Trelleborg, and how has the company enabled you to get to where you are? 
I feel incredibly fortunate to have a rewarding career with Trelleborg. My association with the company began in November 2017 when I joined as a Sales Engineer in Dubai, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East. Over the years, I experienced significant personal and professional growth, leading to my promotion to Sales Manager (Middle East). In 2020, I had the privilege of contributing to a team that implemented the D365 CRM system across the Marine & Infrastructure Business Unit. This experience allowed me to gain new skills and connect with professionals from various regions. Inspired by the positive work environment and strong support from management, I decided to join the Houston office as Sales Director – Americas for Marine & Infrastructure.
