- Multicomponent Technology: Also known as 2C LSR technology or co-injection, this process chemically bonds silicone with technical plastics and other materials in a single, integrated process. This approach helps create robust, multi-functional parts while eliminating extra assembly steps.
Custom HCR Silicone Compounding & Material Science
Innovation begins at the material level. Our in-house custom silicone compounding capabilities give us complete control over material performance, allowing us to engineer proprietary silicone rubber compounds that meet your specific application requirements.
- Custom formulations: We develop completely tailored HCR grades with enhanced properties, to deliver reliable performance in your application.
- HCR silicone derivatives: For applications requiring resistance to hydrocarbon fluids and solvents, we offer advanced fluorosilicone compounds (FVMQ) that combine the thermal stability of silicone (from -60°C to +250°C/-76 °F to +482 °F) but with enhanced chemical compatibility. For damping and exceptional low temperature performance, we also offer phenyl silicone (PVMQ), both of which can also be completely tailored to exacting needs.
