Trelleborg LCR-S Hat Profile
LCR-S hat profiles "85/15" are coated on one side with TPU foil, the profile ring, the so-called brim is reinforced. Its width is 100 mm.

MtH Liner
The "multidimensional" Trelleborg MtH Liner
Made of polyester needle fleece with an extremely flexible PP-coating.
The MtH Liner is multidimensional, it features two flaps at the end so that multiple main pipe diameter can be rehabilitated, e.g. DN 100 / 300 (4" - 12") and DN 350 / 600 (13" - 24").
Lateral connection angle: 45° or 90° (application range: 30° to 90°)
Lateral Connection diameter: DN 100 - DN 200 (4"-8")
Lateral lengths: from 1 m up to 30 m (3.25 - 98.5 ft)

Top Hat system
Top Hat caps
Various caps are available as polyester needle felt with or without coating or as Advantex® glass fibre/polyester needle felt construction in different shaft lengths – each with 45°, 70° and 90° angulation.
The 10 cm wide cap brim allows excellent bonding by using Easy PUR or Easy PUR plus, or even Easy POX 1504. The bonding with the linked pipe or the wall of the side inlet is outstanding, an end wall thickness of approx. 3.5 mm serves as the basis for excellent strength.
Special case: T-Wrap
The all-rounder for nominal widths DN 100 – DN 300, ideal for household connections of all kinds.
T-WRAP, a special cap made of glass/felt material, also equipped with a 45 cm long shaft, featuring the special effect that the cap rim is not round but rectangular and large enough that it sticks to the upper semicircle of the pipe, thus additionally stabilizing this area of up to 180°.
