Trelleborg Group Purchase Terms and Conditions – Raw Material Europe

Article 3k of COUNCIL REGULATION (EU) 2022/576 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 prohibits to sell, supply, transfer or export, directly or indirectly, goods which could contribute in particular to the enhancement of Russian industrial capacities as listed in Annex XXIII, to any natural or legal person, entity or body in Russia or for use in Russia. Annex XXIII explicitly covers seals, including but not limited to no. 4016 93, 8484 10, 8484 20, 8484 90.
