FlexCoat™ Coatings
Micro-thin, high-performance coatings and surface modification provide the ultimate choice, maximizing friction characteristics during assembly and in dynamic applications. Most of the assembly and application professionals provide a UV-indicator. This is highlighted under ultraviolet lamps. In addition, benefits are also provided when seals are fitted in plug fit and quick release couplings and allow elastomer seals, usually recommended for static applications, to be used in low speed and short stroke length dynamic situations.

FlexClean™ Cleaning Solutions
Elastomeric seals can be offered in clean conditions to various cleanliness standards, both on the surface and internally. Flexclean™ has three standards of cleanliness: defined particulate cleanliness, freedom from paint wetting impairment substances and Class 5 cleanroom quality according to ISO 14644-1. These include seals free of paint wetting impairment substances (PWIS-free), maximum allowed particle sizes of 400 μm or 200 μm based on ISO 16232 or seals washed and packed in a cleanroom class 5 according to ISO 14644-1.
