Trelleborg LCR system
The repair of joints and laterals in house connection or building pipes with the LCR method is done with the aid of specific carrier materials which seal the junction area of the lateral connection on the main pipe, and a defined length into the side connection at the same time. If a "hat profile" is used, it seals the connection of the two pipe systems in the main pipe with its brim. If the lateral connection area in the main pipe is to be rehabilitated more comprehensively and sustainably, an appropriately designed "LCR liner" is used.
LCR liners are hose liners adapted to the diameter and length of the lateral connection to be rehabilitated with an integrated "main liner" at the end which is designed multi-dimensionally in the form of two open layers. In this way, several pipe diameters can be covered at the same time - as with the packer types.
The high-quality material of the LCR hat profiles and LCR liners consists of a mixture of 85% glass fiber and 15% polyester fiber.
Trelleborg LCR-B Hat Profile
LCR-B hat profiles "85/15" are coated on one side with TPU foil, the profile ring, the so-called brim is reinforced. Its width is 50 mm.

Top Hat system
Top Hat caps
Various caps are available as polyester needle felt with or without coating or as Advantex® glass fibre/polyester needle felt construction in different shaft lengths – each with 45°, 70° and 90° angulation.
The 10 cm wide cap brim allows excellent bonding by using Easy PUR or Easy PUR plus, or even Easy POX 1504. The bonding with the linked pipe or the wall of the side inlet is outstanding, an end wall thickness of approx. 3.5 mm serves as the basis for excellent strength.
Special case: T-Wrap
The all-rounder for nominal widths DN 100 – DN 300, ideal for household connections of all kinds.
T-WRAP, a special cap made of glass/felt material, also equipped with a 45 cm long shaft, featuring the special effect that the cap rim is not round but rectangular and large enough that it sticks to the upper semicircle of the pipe, thus additionally stabilizing this area of up to 180°.
