Seals taking flight in Morocco

Located in the Midparc Industrial Freezone, near Mohammed V International Airport, the 5,000 square meter/53,820 square feet facility places Trelleborg at the heart of one of the world's fastest-growing aerospace hubs. The site will serve as a strategic addition to the company's global manufacturing network.
Polymer seals may be small, but they perform critical functions on aircraft, ensuring safety and reliability in some of the most demanding operating conditions imaginable. With global aircraft demand at record levels, this new facility strengthens Trelleborg's ability to meet that demand locally and at scale.
The facility also houses an advanced material laboratory to support ongoing research and development, while a partnership with Morocco's Aerospace Training Center, IMA, will build a skilled local workforce aligned with aerospace standards from day one.
Production is already underway, with full operational capacity expected within two years.
