In-house lining system earns SINTEF approval

Trelleborg’s Boldan In-House Lining System® has officially received Technical Approval TG 20724 from SINTEF, one of Europe's leading independent research organizations. This certification confirms that the system meets Norwegian building regulations and its performance has been independently verified.
About the system
The Boldan In-House Lining System® is a Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) solution designed for renovating indoor sewerage and stormwater pipelines. This minimally invasive method creates a new, jointless pipe within the existing one, extending the service life of aging infrastructure with a tested lifespan of up to 50 years.
The system is suitable for various pipe materials, including concrete, cast iron and plastic. It has already been used to successfully renovate over 100,000 apartments across the Nordics, Europe and the United States.
Mark of quality and trust
"The SINTEF approval is a significant milestone for Trelleborg," commented Ville Huhdanmäki, Sales Director Finland. "It validates the technical excellence of our system and reinforces our commitment to delivering innovative, long-lasting solutions for pipe renovation. We are proud to offer a method that combines reliability, safety, and sustainability."
This certification provides planners, contractors and property owners with added confidence in the system's quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
