Trelleborg sells properties to Trelleborg Municipality

Trelleborg has signed an agreement with Trelleborg Municipality, Sweden, for the sale of office and industrial properties which are used to a limited extent. The purchase consideration amounts to
SEK 228.5 M. Completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of Trelleborg City Council, which is expected to be given in March 2021.

When the transaction has been completed, it will result in a capital gain of SEK 140 M to
SEK 150 M. This will be recognized in the first quarter of 2021.
