Trelleborg’s acquisition of Watts Tyre Group finalized

Trelleborg’s acquisition of UK-company Watts Tyre Group was finalized on February 4, 2011. Watts has annual sales of approximately SEK 300 M and about 210 employees. The acquisition strengthens Trelleborg’s world-leading position in industrial tires, through geographic expansion and an increased presence in the aftermarket.

The operation will be integrated into Trelleborg Wheel Systems business area.
