Trelleborg’s acquisition of GNL SpA finalized

Trelleborg’s acquisition of the privately owned Italian company Officine Meccaniche GNL SpA, with approximately 60 employees and sales of about SEK 90 M, has been finalized.
GNL strengthens Trelleborg’s leading global position in the area of specialty seals for heavy-duty applications, i.e seals for the construction industry, mining industry and agricultural machinery.
Officine Meccaniche GNL SpA has its head office and production unit in Modena, Italy.
The operations will be integrated in the business area Trelleborg Sealing Solutions.
