Updated comparative figures for 2005 in advance of interim report for first quarter of 2006

The changes in the comparative figures are attributable to the following:

-The operations in Goodall Rubber Company, previously part of the Trelleborg Engineered Systems business area, are reported under discontinued operations.
-Operations in industrial AVS have been transferred from the Trelleborg Automotive business area to the Trelleborg Engineered Systems business area.

The above have had the consequences that:

-Trelleborg Engineered Systems’ net sales for the first quarter of 2005 amounted to SEK 1,075 M (a net decrease of SEK 14 M) and for the full year to SEK 4,438 M (a net decrease of SEK 111 M).
-Trelleborg Engineered Systems operating profit for the first quarter of 2005 increased by SEK 2 M net to SEK 77 M and for the full year, operating profit rose by SEK 19 M net to SEK 344 M.
-Trelleborg Automotive’s net sales for the first quarter amounted to SEK 2,167 M (a decrease of SEK 135 M) and for the full year, to SEK 8,995 M (a decrease of SEK 555 M).
-Trelleborg Automotive’s operating profit for the first quarter amounted to SEK 106 M (a decrease of SEK 8 M) and for the full year, to SEK 471 M (a decrease of SEK 60 M).

To achieve comparability, historical data have therefore been adjusted, see attached tables.
