Proposal for reelection of Trelleborg's present Board of Directors and unchanged fees A Nominating group consisting of the Chairman of the Board and representatives of major shareholders, representing about 65 percent of the voting rights in Trelleborg, has decided to propose that the 2003 Trelleborg Annual General Meeting reelect the present Board Members, with unchanged fees for the Board Members. Board of Directors appointed by Annual General Meeting are Anders Narvinger (Board Chairman), Fredrik Arp (President and CEO) Rolf Kjellman, Didrik Normark, Berthold Lindqvist, Ann-Christine Albertsson and Staffan Bohman. Employee representatives are Kim Davidsson, Alf Fredlund, Karin Linsjö and Rolf Larsson. The Nominating group consisted of Anders Narvinger, Board Chairman, Rolf Kjellman (Dunker Funds and Foundations), Ramsey Brufer (Alecta) and Caroline af Ugglas (Skandia). The Nominating group has been informed of the work of the Board during the 2002 fiscal year, the work of the company's Compensation committee and the Board's annual review of operations with the company auditor.
