Trelleborg AB has repurchased shares corresponding to 5.25 percent of total number of Group shares outstanding Trelleborg AB has been authorized by the Annual General Meeting to continue to repurchase shares through a buy-back program in an amount not exceeding 10 percent of the Group's own shares outstanding. As at October 1, 2002, the Group has acquired 247,000 Trelleborg Series B shares. Accordingly, Trelleborg owns a total of 4,756,000 Series B shares. This corresponds to 5.25 percent of the total number of shares outstanding and 2.70 percent of the voting rights in the Trelleborg Group.
