Trelleborg strengthens its position as a world leader in tunnel seals Trelleborg Engineered Systems, one of four business areas within the Trelleborg Group, has signed an agreement with the Dutch company Vredestein Sealing Systems BV, to acquire machines and inventory held for the production of different types of seals for infrastructure projects, such as tunnel seals. The acquired unit has annual sales corresponding to around SEK 20 M and operations will be transferred to Trelleborg Engineered Systems' plants.
