Trelleborg sells remaining holding in Sorb Industri The Trelleborg AB Board has decided to accept an offer made by Carl Bennet AB on May 25, 1999 to acquire all of the outstanding shares in Sorb Industri AB. The offer is based on a cash price of SEK 45 per share. Trelleborg's holding in Sorb Industri AB corresponds to approximately 37 percent of the share capital and voting rights.
