Sorb Industri offer oversubscribed The offer to acquire shares in Sorb Industri AB was oversubscribed. Sorb Industri will be listed on the "O" List of the Stockholm Stock Exchange on May 11, 1999. Trelleborg retains 37 percent of the share capital and voting rights in the company.
