Jan Björck appointed new Chief Financial Officer of Trelleborg Group Jan Björck has been appointed to a new position in which he has overall responsibility for finance and treasury within the Trelleborg Group. The Finance, Treasury, Taxes & Group Structure and Information Technology (IT) staff functions will report to the Group's new Chief Financial Officer. Jan Björck, 53, joins Trelleborg from a similar position within the PLM Group, where he has worked since 1992. Prior to that, he was employed in various senior management positions within Swedish Match. "The establishment of a Chief Financial Officer, responsible for finance and treasury matters at Group level provides us with an improved coordination of these functions and a more distinct identity in relation to the financial markets," says Fredrik Arp, Trelleborg's President and Chief Executive Officer.
