Agreement reached with former Trelleborg President
Agreement reached with former Trelleborg President At the Trelleborg AB Board Meeting on February 24, 1999, the Company's auditors presented a preliminary report regarding such matters as hunting trip arrangements and the former president's utilization of the Company aircraft. Certain elements of a private nature could not be ruled out. To avoid future discussions about the nature of the costs in question, former president Kjell Nilsson has chosen to pay a cash sum of SEK 475,000 in compensation to Trelleborg in accordance with a specially reached agreement. The agreement has been examined by the Company's auditors, who raised no objections. The special audit is therefore concluded.
