When every maneuver depends on precise navigation data, confidence starts with knowing the entire system is performing as intended. Advanced Diagnostics System gives pilots and tug crews a unified view of system health across software, hardware and cloud.

Introduced with release 26.4 for SafePilot, SafeTug and SafePilot Offshore, it runs 11 automatic checks every second across navigation, cloud connectivity and devices. All connected devices are assessed together and summed up in a single verdict, with the status button turning green, yellow or red.

As the only provider delivering and supporting the complete ecosystem - app, PPU/ NPU hardware and cloud services - Trelleborg can check the whole chain, giving you one source for monitoring, troubleshooting and support.

Available on iPad with any license that includes Feature Pack 26.

11 automatic checks run every second across navigation, connectivity and devices. Issues are flagged as they develop, so a problem is visible before it becomes an incident.

Threat awareness

Alerts for GNSS jamming and spoofing, plus battery checks on every connected device. With GNSS interference on the rise, you’re warned when the signal may be affected, so you can respond with confidence.

Problem source visibility

Device cards show which device has the problem, and cloud services are listed with the reason they’re offline. You go straight to the cause instead of troubleshooting by trial and error, which means faster fault-finding and less downtime.

All-device control

Reboot, shut down or switch satellite systems (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou, QZSS and SBAS) on all connected devices at once. One action replaces
device-by-device fixes, saving time when it matters most.

Traceable

Second-by-second playback of the last five minutes and a full log of changes. Operations and technical teams can see exactly what happened, resolve issues faster and need fewer support calls.
