Water Hydraulic Seals

Our specially designed range of compression seals and self-activating seals are designed to provide optimal sealing for water infrastructure engineered applications.

Trelleborg's custom seals are commonly used to ensure water tightness of construction joints for dams, tunnels, habitats, sluices and storm surge barriers and any structure subjected to high hydrostatic pressure. They are commonly utilized in dam gates, dam wall extensions, tunnels and concrete slab joints. These seals may also be used to prevent product leakage or water ingress.

These seals can be offered with or without PE contact facings which in case of movements enhances the friction coefficient and lifetime expectancy of the product.
