Australasian Coasts and Ports 2023

Trelleborg Marine and Infrastructure is pleased to join as a Platinum sponsor of the upcoming Australasian Coasts and Ports 2023, a prominent gathering in the Australasian region for professionals to discuss various topics related to coasts and ports. Taking place from 15th to 18th August 2023 at the Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort in Queensland, the conference brings together engineers, planners, scientists and researchers to raise awareness of the technological, scientific, policy, planning and design issues related to the diverse and developing coasts within the region. The event will commemorate 50 years of coastal, ocean, and port engineering in Australasia and envision a roadmap for the next five decades.

As part of the conference, Nick Labrosse, Sales and Marketing Director for Docking & Mooring, will be delivering a presentation on Trelleborg's efforts to support sustainable berthing and mooring solutions. These include new technical innovations such as SmartDAS, Automoor, and Dynamoor and the comprehensive inspection services and spare parts program we offer to help customers maintain their safety standards. Mishra Kousik Kumar, BU Director – R&D, will also speak on Recommendations for Fender Testing in PIANC WG 211.
