The Board of Directors at Trelleborg has decided to exercise the authorization granted by the General Meeting to acquire own shares of series B. The purpose of Board of Directors’ decision is to start adapting the company’s capital structure and thereby contribute to increased shareholder value. The intent is that the repurchased shares later will be cancelled by resolution of upcoming Annual General Meetings.
