Activation Support Request

If you are using a KLAW Safety Breakaway Coupling (BAC) or Emergency Release Coupling (ERC) and had an activation in the field, but unsure what to do, then please fill in the Activation Support Request Form below and our Product Support Team will contact you.

Please note that your request will be dealt with as quickly as possible upon receipt: subject to office working hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm 09.00 to 17.00 GMT.

Please complete as much information as possible about the activated product as this will enable us to provide fast and efficient support.
