At Trellborg, new entrants are aware of safety and the environment

Within 48 hours of their arrival at our headquarters in Clermont Ferrand, every new recruit receives a basic level of instruction in safety and environmental training.
Their boss teaches them all the basic rules of safety they need to know, and the proper way to sort their waste.
Within one month of their arrival, the QHSE department informs them of all the rules and actions they need to know to insure their safety at work and in their daily lives.
They also learn about their own environmental legal obligations as well as Trelleborg’s institutional commitment to continuous environmental performance improvement, as demonstrated by our ISO14001 certification.
