I was first introduced to Trelleborg in 2021 during my time as a Social Media Coordinator Intern with the Group Communication Team. It was an experience I thoroughly enjoyed, as I quickly grew to appreciate both the company and the team. My interest in Human Resources, particularly in learning and development, also began to take shape during this period. 

In 2022, when an opportunity arose to join the Group HR team as a Group Training Coordinator, I embraced the chance to pursue my growing passion for HR. By 2023, my role had expanded to include Talent Management and Performance Management alongside Learning and Development. In 2025, I transitioned into an exciting new role as Group HR People Data & Talent Management Officer. In this role, I am a key part of the Talent Management team and contribute to Social Sustainability and People Data initiatives.

I thrive on overcoming challenges and am constantly driven to grow, innovate, and deliver excellence. My passion for perfection motivates me to tackle complex problems head-on, refining my skills and approaches to achieve the best possible results.
