What has been the most rewarding part of your career with Trelleborg so far?
The most rewarding part of my work involves creating technically challenging and practical solutions. I do not just leave ideas on paper. I incorporate them into products that our customers actually use. This direct connection to the end application gives my work a tangible sense of purpose.
How has your role at Trelleborg changed or developed over time?
My role has evolved steadily over time. I initially focused on clearly defined technical tasks like designing individual components but now take on significantly more project responsibility. Today, I coordinate technical solutions from concept to implementation and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure we deliver the best results.
Can you share a specific moment or project at Trelleborg that made you feel proud of your work?
One particularly memorable moment was the successful completion of a project in which an optimization delivered tangible value to our customer. Seeing my decisions work out in the long run and create real value was a rewarding experience.
From your perspective, what makes the culture at Trelleborg special?
The atmosphere at our location thrives on openness, and we maintain a constructive approach to working together. We deeply value technical expertise, but we also manage to have fun while doing our jobs.
As Trelleborg continues to grow, what opportunities have you discovered for your own development?
Although I have not taken advantage of any direct benefits from Trelleborg’s growth, the company offers a broad portfolio that covers every area someone could hope for in terms of personal development. I can explore product development or testing, dive into raw material specification or even learn about procurement and sales. This dynamic environment ensures I will continue to find new challenges within Trelleborg for many years to come.

My daily work at Trelleborg gives me the opportunity to contribute to the development of products and processes. I can bring my vision of sustainable, functional products to life and create things that I am convinced will benefit our customers.
Describe a time you felt truly inspired by your colleagues or the work we do here.
It is inspiring to see colleagues who started at a young age build systems that now form the backbone of our entire production process and remain relevant for years. This has motivated me to write programs that help me, and hopefully many others, work more efficiently and enjoyably.
