Jessica Rappaport’s career path at Trelleborg began when she joined through the acquisition of Baron Group, moving from roles in accounts payable and quality into new opportunities she hadn’t anticipated.
Driven by curiosity and a strong sense of commitment, Jessica quickly stepped beyond her initial responsibilities, embracing each challenge as a chance to grow and make a lasting impact.
Today, I’m no longer crunching numbers, I’m working as an HSEQ Specialist, helping drive safety and continuous improvement. The transformation has been an exciting one that I never expected, but I'm really proud of.”

Achieving Milestones
In 2021, Jessica took on the challenge of leading her facility through the demanding ISO 14001 certification for environmental management, quickly followed by ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. These initiatives were more than compliance projects—they became pivotal moments for both Jessica and the entire team. As she reflects, “Achieving both was a huge milestone. It completely changed the direction of my career. I learned so much about risk management, compliance, and most importantly, how to engage and empower our teams to create positive change.Today, I’m no longer crunching numbers, I’m working as an HSEQ Specialist, helping drive safety and continuous improvement.
