TLMM Hydro Bearings
Products made from Trelleborg Sealing Solutions composite materials have exceptional wear resistance and virtually no swell in water, providing dimensional stability. They offer tolerance to edge loading and mis-alignment even with the heaviest loads, and are particularly suited to freeze fitting without the danger of shattering. Orkot® TLMM is the standard grade of material incorporating a woven fabric reinforcement and solid lubricants within a thermosetting resin matrix. The material can be used in conjunction with water and grease lubrication and can be run dry for limited periods.

TXMM Hydro Bearings
Orkot® TXMM Hydro is a further development of Orkot® TLMM Marine, utilizing a specialized bearing surface to extend its dry running capabilities and reduce friction and wear rates. It can also be used with grease and water lubrication.

TXMM Hydro Bearings

Orkot® TXMM Hydro is a further development of Orkot TLMM, utilising a specialized low friction bearing surface to extend its dry running capabilities and further reduce friction and wear rates. They offer tolerance to edge loading and mis-alignment even with the heaviest loads, and are particularly suited to freeze fitting without the danger of shattering. Orkot® TXMM material has been tested by Powertech Labs and is approved by the US Army Corps of Engineers for use in Hydro applications.
