Trelleborg names Stehle Business Unit President of Commercial & Operations Europe

Plymouth, MN, June 2026 – Trelleborg Medical Solutions names Carsten Stehle Business Unit President of Commercial & Operations Europe.
Linda Muroski, President of Trelleborg Medical Solutions, says: “Carsten comprehensively understands the business and our strategy for helping customers bring innovative products to market faster thanks to his time with Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. He will be a great asset in aligning customer expectations and long-term ambitions in Europe.”
Stehle will be responsible for fostering customer relationships across Europe while overseeing manufacturing operations at the Stein am Rhein and Malta facilities. He will lead and align segment and product strategies that emphasize sustainability and resources for key segments and capabilities globally. Stehle will also oversee the business area’s global marketing and communications initiatives to effectively reach customers with relevant and timely messaging.

Stehle most recently served as the Global Director of Strategic Business Development for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions and as Chairman of the Board of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Germany. He has been with the company for 12 years and has over 30 years of global experience in sales and marketing. Stehle holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Stuttgart State University in Germany and a MBA from Steinbeis University in Berlin.
