Trelleborg Introduces Flat Gasket Line for Chemical Transportation

Trelleborg announces the launch of its new line of flat gaskets for chemical transportation, including tank cars, tank trucks, IBC and ISO containers. These flat gaskets provide solutions for a wide range of applications, such as service equipment, valves, pressure plates and loading equipment.
Trelleborg now has gasket cutting capabilities and is bringing to market its own HMF FlatSealsTM technology for industry standard materials including elastomers, flexible graphite, compressed non-asbestos fiber, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in both standard and custom geometries. The new flat gaskets help customers in the Americas’ chemical transportation market ensure the safe transport of hazardous materials with an extremely reliable, immediately available solution. All flat gasket materials are compliant with REACH, RoHS, and Prop 65. Specific materials are compliant with FDA, 3A, and USP regulations.
