Trelleborg is pleased to announce that Proliner, in conjunction with thermocuring resin HC120+, has successfully passed the WRc Group CP655 test (Class 1). This is a crucial step in validating the Proliner's infiltration resistance and fitness for purpose.

Rehabilitated pipe using Trelleborg Proliner trenchless technology

WRc Approval is a globally recognized certification program. It confirms the effectiveness of liners in preventing external water infiltration. This certification underscores our commitment to providing high-quality trenchless rehabilitation solutions that protect critical water resources. Uncontrolled infiltration can lead to unnecessary wastewater treatment, increased energy consumption and depletion of clean groundwater reserves.

While the primary focus of the test was on preventing infiltration, Trelleborg relining solutions also ensure that wastewater remains contained, preventing exfiltration into groundwater. This dual protection approach safeguards both the environment and essential water resources. With WRc approval in place, Trelleborg continues to set the standard for reliable, responsible pipe rehabilitation solutions.
