My name is Nina Anderzon, and I am the operations manager in Värnamo, Sweden for Trelleborg Seals & Profiles.
How long have you worked in this position and what are your key responsibilities?
I just joined the company! In August, I’ll have been with Trelleborg for five months. My key responsibilities are making sure everyone is safe, keeping things running smoothly, and looking for simple ways to improve efficiency, best practices, and sustainability in Värnamo.

Navigating the company, especially in the beginning, has been an early challenge. My job’s key challenges are maintaining safety awareness, increasing efficiency without compromising on sustainability, and achieving standardization.
What do you think the future holds for businesses in your area? What new developments and challenges can we expect, and how are you preparing for them?
I think the future is going to see a lot more automation in the factory. I also think artificial intelligence (AI) is going to be integrated into operations in ways we can’t even imagine at this current moment in time. To prepare for tomorrow, I believe education and standardization are key.
What do you do in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my family. I have two teenage daughters. In my free time, I like to be active. I enjoy hiking, traveling and CrossFit. I’m actually a bit of a CrossFit nerd.
