To compliment standard products, Trelleborg Medical Solutions has dedicated engineering and research departments to support the design of new, custom products for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical and life science applications.

Custom solutions are available in various materials: silicone, Turcon® polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) based compounds, elastomers and plastics. And complex, custom components and multicomponent products can be manufactured using a range of different innovative processes, including two-shot molding, dip molding and coating, and our patented GeoTrans® extrusion.
