Divestment of Trelleborg's Trenor holding completed On March 24, the Trelleborg Group announced that an agreement had been entered with Nordic Capital regarding the divestment of the Trelleborg Group's remaining holding (49 percent) in the Trenor Group (Ahlsell, Bröderna Edstrand, Reynolds). The conditions for the implementation of the transaction have now been fulfilled and the divestment has been completed. The purchase price for Trelleborg's holding of SEK 1,100 M was paid in cash on the transfer date, May 17, 2004.
