Quick Release Mooring Hooks
Our Quick Release Mooring Hooks provide instant emergency disconnect capability for tanker mooring lines with minimal effort, even under full load conditions, protecting both jetty infrastructure and the environment. Single-action reset functionality ensures rapid return to operational status.
Standard versions safely handle workloads from 40 to 200 metric tons with configurations available from single through sextuple hook arrangements. Operating within 180° horizontally and 45° vertically, these systems reset to operative status with just one simple action, even at full Safe Working Load. Each unit undergoes individual testing at 150% of Safe Working Load, ensuring low total cost of ownership and proven long-term durability.

Quick Release Mooring Pulley
When space constraints challenge conventional mooring solutions, the Quick Release Mooring Pulley provides an efficient alternative. This system reduces fixed mooring points by replacing two conventional Quick Release Mooring Hook Units with a single pulley configuration. The mooring line runs from the vessel to the pulley, loops back to the vessel, and secures to deck fittings, requiring only one winch to create two effective mooring lines. Force concentration across each rope is equalized through minimized friction in sheave rotation.

Quick Release Offshore Hooks
Specifically engineered for safe side-by-side and tandem mooring of shuttle tankers to FSOs, FPSOs, FSRUs, and FLNGs, these systems are designed for CALM/deep water buoy applications with capacity ranging from 60 to 600 tons safe working load. Available in single, double, triple, and quadruple configurations for diverse side-by-side mooring applications.

Capstan
Engineered for safe and economical vessel handling, our capstans significantly reduce mooring time while preventing heavy manual lifting of mooring lines. Basic capstans are available from 1 to 3 tons nominal pull and can be integrated into hook units or supplied as separate freestanding or add-on units.
Our capstans feature certification for zones 1 and 2 or non-hazardous areas, lifetime-greased gearboxes, and 3-phase squirrel cage induction motors with direct vertically mounted planetary gear that reduces required output, torque, and speed. Operation is via foot switch and/or push button with local reversible or non-reversible motor starters. Optional mechanical or electrical braking devices are available, along with single and dual speed configurations.

Autonomous Solar Panel
Our sustainable Autonomous Solar Panel system provides continuous energy for Quick Release Mooring Systems, supplying electricity for integrated capstans, navigation and working lights, and backup power units. The system also powers wireless Mooring Load Monitoring, enabling remote monitoring of hook loads from onshore offices.
The specialized mobile application provides real-time information on battery status, charging levels, and Mooring Load Monitoring data. Solar panels deliver 24/7 energy availability while reducing operational costs and providing clean, sustainable power.
The Solar Panel System includes solar panel frame and modules, distribution panel, battery storage, and logging with remote monitoring capabilities. These systems operate standalone or integrate seamlessly with the iMoor® jetty management system.

Berthing Approach System
The Berthing Approach System aggregates vital approach data through traffic lights and LED displays, enabling pilots and marine personnel to make optimal decisions for safe berthing operations. The system incorporates large LED displays, eye-safe lasers, audio alarms with handheld devices, and comprehensive traffic light displays.

Environmental Monitoring System
The Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) gathers and records comprehensive meteorological and oceanographical data from multiple sensors. EMS data enables ship behavior prediction, creating safer berthing operations as pilots and marine personnel utilize real-time data and trends for informed decision-making. The system includes weather stations, current sensors, and wave and tide sensors.

Steel Mooring Buoys
Steel Mooring Buoys deliver safe, durable mooring operations while ensuring efficient space utilization. Specially designed for economical vessel mooring, these buoys are constructed from robust, high-quality steel and fitted with Quick Release Buoy Hooks. They provide sturdy mooring solutions for vessels during waiting or cargo operations.
Mooring safety, stability, and sustainability are enhanced through direct anchor chain connections to the mooring unit. The buoys maintain durability even in extreme corrosive environments, with internal hook components featuring special coatings, bushings, grease, and stainless steel materials. Manual quick release mechanisms ensure safe operation in all sea conditions, with buoys available in multiple sizes for specific requirements and conditions.

Quick Release Buoy Hooks
Integrated within Steel Mooring Buoys or available for existing installations, Quick Release Buoy Hooks feature manual operation as standard with special locking devices preventing undesired opening. Remote operation is possible through line handling vessels, while hydraulic operation enables single push-button release from distance, individually or simultaneously during emergencies via PDA or onshore control panels. Open/closed status indication transmits to Remote Control Panels, PDAs, or pagers.

Enhanced Safety with Mooring Load Monitoring
All Quick Release Buoy Hooks include comprehensive monitoring systems for safer and more economical operation. Integrated load cells measure mooring loads in metric tons, displaying proportional loads in mooring lines. Post-mooring, the monitoring system provides valuable load and alarm information compared against preset data parameters.
