PIANC World Congress

Trelleborg Marine and Infrastructure is delighted to be the Gold Sponsor for the 35th PIANC World Congress. The event will be held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) in Cape Town, South Africa from April 29 to May 3, 2024. The Congress will focus on the theme "Future Ready Waterborne Transport – Unlocking Africa" and will feature a series of technical paper presentations, workshops, and other insightful activities.

Join us for an insightful session with our Technical Director Marco Gaal, who will be speaking on the following topic: “Cyclic conditions and impact on marine fenders” on 2 May, Thursday from 10 - 10.25am.

Additionally, we will have our Applications Engineering Manager Mathew Kearns deliver a presentation on the topic: "Snapback! Management of mooring line safety through the application of dynamic line tensioning systems" on 30 April, Tuesday from 2.50 – 3.15pm A team of specialists will also be available at booth CB2 in Hall 1 to showcase our market-leading solutions renowned for enhancing operational efficiency of ports and vessels.
