46th Annual Interferry Conference
Trelleborg Marine and Infrastructure will showcase its innovative line of automated mooring solutions at the 46th Annual Interferry Conference in Seattle from 1 to 5 October 2022. Interferry's Annual Conference consistently attracts key ferry industry decision-makers. Distinguished senior executives from various disciplines will gather for the event in Seattle to explore and discuss new ideas, markets, strategies, and technologies. Through its long-standing association with Interferry, Trelleborg Marine and Infrastructure continues to play an active role in the industry.
Representatives from Trelleborg will be on hand at the event to discuss AutoMoor, a rope-free, automated mooring system designed to make berthing operations smarter, safer, and more sustainable. AutoMoor units eliminate mooring lines, thereby improving operational efficiency and safety. New vacuum pads and passive damping technology enable the units to quickly attach and secure vessels at berth, making them suitable for use in various environments.
A team of experts, including Paulo Carmesini and Mike Howie, will be available to discuss our latest docking and mooring technologies that allow port moorers to perform more safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
