Hoses fitted with BLOC-END® must be used to the following maximum working pressure:
ID≤150mm: 10bar.
ID>150mm:
- 10bar for static application (no hose movement, no water hammer, no traction) and/or temperature max <40°C,
- 5bar for dynamic application and/or temperature >40°C.
Hoses fitted with END-FLEX® flanges are allowed to work with pressure and vacuum mentioned in the table below.
Cuffed or enlarged ends.

Additional information
When used with air, the working pressure of hose is voluntary limited to a lower value depending on the diameters in order to remain within the limit of the Article 4 §3 of PED 2014/68/UE:
125-200mm: 5bar, 250mm: 4bar, 300mm: 3bar, ≥350mm: 2bar.
