EP700 epoxy tooling board is a medium temperature, low-density syntactic epoxy tooling board designed for the manufacture of accurate and stable master models, fulfilling the need for a cost-effective advanced tooling material.
EP700 has excellent dimensional stability, maintaining shape at elevated temperatures. It has a low coefficient of thermal expansion to provide predictable and accurate performance.
Suitable for use up to 130°C, EP700 can be used for direct to part manufacturing. EP700 is easy to machine or hand carve.
