Meet the Moderators

Sudha Chandrasekharan

General Manager, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions

 

Sudha is GM and site leader of Trelleborg’s Denver facility. She has 20+ years’ experience providing strategy, product, and operations expertise to companies within manufacturing, logistics/supply chain, and aviation. Sudha is passionate about growing businesses and driving profitability. She was recognized as one of the Top 5 Influential Professionals in Colorado. She also won the Colorado Entrepreneur Award in 2019 for her startup Learnskillz. She has an Electrical Engineering degree and holds a Masters in Business Administration.

Greg Jones

Director of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Aerospace Hub Americas

Greg has spent 23 years with Trelleborg working in a variety of industries and sectors, including Aerospace, Oil and Gas, General Industrial, and plastics manufacturing.  Greg is passionate about building teams and enabling them to bring the highest level of performance to the business. He is also a mentor for new graduate students within Trelleborg and actively participates within his local community and schools to promote engineering, manufacturing, and sales development.  Greg has BA in MCDB Biology and Bio-Chemistry, and he holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Masters in Entrepreneurship.

Heather Castleman 
Senior Director Strategy & Marketing, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Americas 

Heather is passionate about helping develop the right growth strategies for the business and executing those strategies with excellence. She works hard to make a difference for any business or organization she serves. Some of her recent accomplishments include leading a team to establish a channel management capability that included the launch of an eCommerce platform, leading a continuous improvement program that generated $5+ million in productivity gains and direct cost savings, and developing a process to fully integrate acquired companies. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional and Technical Communicates from Rochester Institute of Technology.  She is also an ILM-certified mentor for accelerating performance and innovation.

Nancy Getz
Product Line Director, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions

Nancy Getz is a Global Product Line Director leading product management teams to develop and support growth for several product portfolios. She believes that connecting people and building a strong, global network improves personal enrichment and significantly enhances creativity and output. Nancy has worked for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions for 32 years, during which she’s held roles in manufacturing, R&D, applications, and sales. She holds a BA in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in marketing and an MBA from Indiana Tech.

Kathy Hamrick
Financial Analyst, Samaritan Purse. Formerly Sr. Financial Analyst, West Star Aviation and Financial Leader, Boeing.

Kathy Hamrick is a Finance professional who has worked in manufacturing and other industries to bridge the gap between Finance and Operations by delivering reporting with actionable data and helping to streamline operations. Being a strategic business partner to the operations side of the business brings a better financial awareness and basis for value-driven decision making. She has helped develop new businesses, increased profitability, and implemented financial reporting solutions. Kathy holds a BS in Accounting and an Associates of Applied Science, and is a certified Airframe and Powerplant mechanic.

Tara Heller
ITAR Compliance Manager, Magpul Industries Corporation 

Tara joined Magpul Industries in 2012, continuing a successful career in international logistics and trade compliance. Tara has more than a decade of experience in the manufacturing industry working with international trade and customs. In her role as Compliance Manager, she is responsible for overseeing trade compliance activities and developing and implementing internal controls that assure the company maintains compliance with international trade regulations. She also manages the company’s relationship with US Government agencies. Tara is a Certified ITAR Professional and holds a Certification in International Trade.

Tricia Heller
Director of Compliance, IP, and Brand Protection Magpul Industries Corporation 

Tricia graduated from the Air Force Academy in 1987 with a major in Pre-Law. She went on to become a pilot, logging more than 3500 hours of flight time while in the Air Force, including many missions for wartime operations. Tricia graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1999, while still flying as an Air Force Reservist. She has extensive professional experience in both the public and private sectors. She has also served on the boards of several organizations dedicated to technological innovations, social issues, and community engagement.

Honorata Hencel 
Director, Poland Boeing Global Services 

Honorata is passionate about the potential of the aviation industry. She is an active member of Boeing’s Women Inspiring Leadership committee in Europe and co-founder of Aviation Hub, a regional cluster of aviation-related companies in Pomerania. Honorata holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics from the University of Gdansk and Master’s of Science in eHealth Management from Rome Business School.

Kelsie Soneson 
Director, Product Management, IHS 

Kelsie believes in empowering people, whether on her internal team or through the products she manages. She has worked with several enterprise B2B applications within the technology and supply chain industries. She got her start managing platform integrations with publishers like Facebook and Twitter before transitioning to a global commercialization effort within supply chain software. She’s now focused on the artificial intelligence space and developing a digital transformation product from the ground up.
